For the safety of children, adults, and pets, please do not access the treated areas until they are completely dry.
Bugs Beware uses all products safely or not at all. Even so, people and animals should never access a treated area until it is completely dry. In most instances, the area will dry within one to two hours, but the timing is directly related to the amount of humidity in the air and other factors completely uncontrolled by Bugs Beware. Please make sure the area is dry before it is accessed.
The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) sets the highest safety standards in the world. Pesticides used by Bugs beware are approved by the EPA, and must have passed more than 120 tests over a period of 8-10 years, some of which can detect even minor carcinogenic, birth-defect causing and other properties, before they are approved. Standards are often risen and any product with an unacceptable hazard potential is rejected and taken off the market.
All technicians employed by Bugs Beware must have passed the state licensing board before they may administer pesticides.
A pest inspection includes a search for evidence of pests, including spiders, beetles, ants, wasps, bed bugs, and other bugs that can cause damage to structures on your property and may post health hazards to you and your guests. Insect damage is not always obvious to a property owner, but a trained professional often can find it and save an owern thousands of dollars or irreversible problems. Bugs Beware cannot and does not guarantee its inspections, but it may help to know that the owner of Bugs Beware, Scott Radies, is a General Contractor with decades of experience. Those years of experience in the construction, building, restoration, and refurbishing industries definitely helps Bugs Beware assess buildings from a very different point of view than most pest control providers who do not have such experience.
